The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Dumka College of Health and Professional Education (DCHPE) was established as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure. Our primary objective is to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution. By aligning our Nursing and Pharmacy programs with global standards, the IQAC ensures that DCHPE remains a leader in healthcare education.
IQAC sets measurable benchmarks for academic and administrative activities. This includes regular curriculum reviews, faculty development programs, and ensuring that clinical training at our partner hospitals meets the rigorous standards of the INC and PCI.
We maintain an active feedback loop involving students, parents, alumni, and employers. This data is analyzed to refine teaching methodologies, upgrade laboratory infrastructure, and enhance the overall campus experience.
